Okan
Arabacioglu, was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. At the age of 18, he decided to move to States and attended Maryland Institute
College of art (MICA) as an illustration major and literature minor.
While at MICA, he has gotten a piece chosen for American Illustration
23 and he also worked as a teaching assistant to noted illustrators,
Warren Linn and Daniel Krall. All of this success led Okan to start his freelance illustration career while he was attending college. Okan now resides in Baltimore as a full time freelance illustrator.
